摘要
高职院校学生学习主体价值的培养具有重要意义。目前,高职学生学习主体价值培育存在以下问题:学习主体角色地位意识不强,学习兴趣不够高;学习动机异化特征明显;自我效能感低,自信心不足;学习知识碎片化,自制力不强;学生个性化需求与选修课程开设不足之间的矛盾突出等。解决这些问题的路径与对策有:合理定位人才培养目标,建构科学的课程体系;培养学生的担当意识,激发学生的学习兴趣;搭建学习平台,拓展学生学习主体展示的空间;建构科学合理的学生学习评价体系,拓宽管理育人渠道;榜样示范,提高学习主体的自我效能感等。
It is of great significance to cultivate the learning subject value of vocational college students.Nowadays, it has many problems to solve, such as students' unconsciousness of learning subject role, lack of learning interest, being short of learning motivation, less self-confidence in learning, learning fragmentation, and the distinct conflict between students' individuation need and less optional course.How to solve these problems? Here are some ways:to make reasonable cultivating aim of personnel cultivating program; to construct scientific curriculum system; to cultivate students' consciousness of learning responsibility and arouse their learning interest; to create more learning platform for students to apply their subject abilities; to build scientific students' learning judgment system; to find more good learning examples for students to follow and to improve their sense of learning subject.
