产学研合作与动态创新能力的关系研究——战略变革前瞻性和学习承诺的调节作用
摘要
可持续性的创新能力是企业得以生存和发展的必要条件,同时产学研合作是企业进行创新的途径之一,探究产学研合作如何促进企业培育和提升动态创新能力兼具理论与实践意义。基于问卷调查,本文运用一手调研数据发现:产学研关系特征强度、产学研合作特征强度与动态创新能力正相关;战略变革前瞻性和学习承诺等组织内部特征强度在前一过程中发挥了一定的调节作用。结论既丰富了动态能力相关的理论研究,也可为企业创新实践提供科学指导。
