摘要
介绍了现代连续退火炉常用炉型的炉喉布置情况,结合对各种炉型和炉辊积瘤应用实绩的长期跟踪,针对退火炉炉喉特性物理建模并分析。研究表明,炉喉通道配置在炉壳下部时,由于温差、压差和气流的窜动,带钢的运行及速度差导致工况不稳定,加之粉尘易于在底部炉喉通道处富集,是该区域炉辊更易结瘤的主要原因之一。将炉喉通道布置到炉壳上部,利于温度均质化、减少气流窜动和减少重力尘,对预防炉辊的结瘤是有利的,尤其是均热段和缓冷段之间的炉喉通道。在炉喉通道上配置气刀予以隔断,对炉室进行有效降尘或加湿,有效控制炉喉通道气流方向,也是降低炉辊积瘤的方法。
        Introduced the layout of the throats of common furnaces used in modern continuous annealing furnaces,combined the long-term tracking of various furnace types and furnace roll application performances,modeled and analyzed the furnace throat characteristics of the annealing furnaces,and studies showed that the furnace throat configuration in the lower part of the furnace shell,due to the temperature difference,pressure difference and the turbulence of the air flow,the running and speed difference of the strip steel lead to unstable working conditions,and the dust is easy to be enriched at the bottom throat passage,which was one of the main reasons for tumors. Arranging the throat passage to the upper part of the furnace shell facilitates homogenization of temperature,reduces air flow turbulence,and reduces gravitational dust,which is advantageous for preventing nodules on the hearth roll,especially the throat passage between the soaking section and the slow cooling section. Arranging the air knife on the throat passage to cut off,effectively reducing the dust or humidification in the furnace chamber,and effectively controlling the airflow direction of the throat passage is also a method for reducing the roll accumulating.
