摘要
南京市某人行地下过街通道采用双排矩形顶管施工工艺,通道间距仅为50cm,顶管施工完成后在管节侧壁上开洞施工3处联络通道连接左右线通道。极小作业空间下,联络通道洞口防水及钢筋混凝土衬砌(特别是顶部)施工难度大、施工质量难以保证。同时,通道间及顶部土体较为松软以及管节开洞所形成的应力集中等因素也增加了工程施工的安全风险。通过采取了一系列关键施工技术,顺利完成了联络通道施工任务,保证了工程质量和施工安全。
        The pipe jacking construction technology is used in a double row rectangular pipe jacking project in Nanjing. The distance between the double row rectangular channels is only 50 cm. After the pipe jacking construction is completed,there are 3 connection channels to connect the left and right line passages on the side wall of the pipe section. It is difficult to construct contact channel waterproofing and reinforced concrete lining(especially the top) and ensure the construction quality. At the same time,the soft soil between the channels and the top of the tunnel and the stress concentration formed by the opening of the pipe joints also increase the safety risk of the construction. Therefore,a series of key construction techniques have been adopted,and the construction task of the contact channel has been successfully completed,and the quality of the project and the safety of the construction are ensured.
