伺服刀架电动机驱动研究与应用

摘要
针对伺服刀架的传动特点,分析了伺服刀架匀速转位加减速转位、和多步转位的转位原理和转位特点,并推导了转位时间与电动机扭矩、电动机转速关系的计算公式。依据伺服刀架的转位特点,归纳了伺服刀架的电动机选型原则。将伺服刀架转位时间和电动机驱动原理应用于实际电动机选型和调速中,应用实例验证了该方法的实用性和可靠性,为伺服刀架设计、调试工程实践提供参考。
        According to the characteristics of servo turret transmission,uniform speed,accelerate and decelerate,and multistep indexing principles and features were analysed,and calculation formulas between indexing time and motor torque and motor speed were derived. Based on servo turret transmission and indexing feature,servo motor selection methods were proposed. Principles of indexing time and motor torque and motor speed were used in a calculation instance and a debugging instance,application examples indicate that the method was reasonable and feasible.
