平昌冬奥会花样滑冰女单自由滑难度动作编排趋势分析

摘要
为分析女子单人滑中自由滑项目难度动作的选择及动作编排的趋势,以平昌冬奥会花样滑冰女单自由滑比赛为例,通过文献资料法、专家访谈法以及视频分析法对女单自由滑难度动作中跳跃、旋转、接续步的分数进行解读与分析。结合国际滑联公布的技术手册与裁判规则,得出结论:1)5种3周跳全部稳定完成成为高水平运动员编排的基础,俄、日团队对4周跳及Triple Axel的尝试将引领跳跃趋势;2)运动员选择3+2+4+3的主流难度动作编排模式居多;3)稳定的接续步及旋转发挥是节目内容分提升的必要条件。教练及编排团队应根据运动员个人特点及对规则趋势的准确把握下,科学地选择难度动作及组合完成自由滑成套动作的编排。
In order to analyze the trend of difficulty movement development direction and choreography in ladies free skate event, this paper taking the Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games as an example, interpreted the scoring of jump,rotation and footwork with the methods of literature review, expert interview and video observation.Combined with the ISU rules and Technical manual, it is considered that:1)5 kinds of triple jump is the foundation of athletes' arrangement. The Russian and Japanese teams' attempts to Quadruple and Triple Axel will lead the jump trend.2)3+2+4+3 choreography structural features still dominate;3)The stable continuous step and rotation are the necessary conditions for the promotion of the content of the program. Based on the athlete personal characteristics, choreographer should reflect the ISU rules when they select difficulty movement.
