摘要
为进一步优化48V微混系统对传统燃油车带来的燃油经济性改善效果,文章建立了Cruise与Isight联合仿真模型,利用Isight中的Pointer混合优化算法,以百公里加速时间、最高车速和最大爬坡度为约束条件,NEDC循环油耗为目标函数,对BSG电机传动带、变速箱及主减速器速比进行仿真优化研究。结果表明,在满足动力性要求的前提下,原48V系统优化后NEDC工况的综合油耗降低了2.51%。
        In order to further optimize the fuel economy improvement effect of the 48 V mild hybrid system on the traditional fuel vehicle, a joint simulation model of Cruise and Isight was established, and the Pointer mixed optimization algorithm in Isight was used to simulate and optimize the speed ratios of BSG belt, gearbox and final drive with the constraint condition that acceleration of 100 km/h, maximum speed and maximum gradeability and the objective function that NEDC cycle fuel consumption. The results indicated that under the condition of meeting the dynamic performance, the comprehensive fuel consumption of NEDC after the original 48 V system optimization was reduced by 2.51%.
