摘要
结合三轮汽车车架的油缸固定支架结构方案的设计,将CAE仿真分析技术引入设计开发的方案设计阶段,建立了零部件的三维数字化模型,并在HyperMesh的结构分析模块对各设计方案的静态特性进行了有限元分析与仿真。针对设计开发过程中方案设计阶段理论验证手段的欠缺,以及试验样车的频繁更改,使用有限元分析软件,优化车架油缸固定支架的结构,使产品开发后期的试验验证提前到方案设计阶段,对有效降低设计开发成本、减少试验次数、缩短设计更改周期、提高产品质量,具有重要的参考价值。通过与实际试验对比,验证了有限元分析结果与实际情况的吻合性,并以此指导设计,取得了较好的效果。
The CAE simulation analysis technology is introduced into the design of a three-wheel vehicle frame with the design of the oil cylinder fixed support structure. In the design phase of the program, the 3 D digital model of the components is established,and the structure analysis module of HyperMesh is used for each module.The static characteristics of the design scheme are analyzed and simulated by the finite element method.Aiming at the lack of theoretical verification method in the design stage and the frequent change of test vehicle, the finite element analysis software is used to optimize the structure of frame cylinder fixed support, so as to advance the experimental verification in the later stage of product development to the design stage, effectively reduce the cost of design and development, reduce the number of tests, shorten the design cycle of change and improve product quality. It has very important significance. By comparing with the actual test, the consistency between the finite element analysis results and the actual situation is verified, which guides the design and achieves good results.
