摘要
圆盘、转鼓、喷浆、高塔等肥料造粒方式不适用于高纯度原料搭配造粒。新型强混合造粒机通过挤压和团粒共同作用,原料细粉之间相互结合,形成高强度肥料颗粒,适用于高纯度、低黏性原料搭配造粒。通过实例介绍利用强混合造粒机生产高养分含量的全水溶颗粒复合肥的方法,该方法混合、造粒、干燥合一,造粒一次成品率达到67%,完全达到设备造粒需求,并实现工业生产自动化。
The pan granulation,drum granulation,spraying granulation,tower granulation etc. are not suitable for granulation with high purity raw materials. The strong mixing granulating machinery combines of extrusion and agglomeration,the high strength fertilizer particle is formed by combination of fine particles,it is suitable for granulation with high purity and low viscous raw materials. The production method of water-soluble granular compound fertilizer containing high nutrient content with strong mixing granulating machinery is introduced,this method combines mixing, granulating and drying together,the rate of finished products is 67%,that meets the demand of granulation and achieves industrial production automation.
