摘要
目前的小学信息技术课堂普遍存在重技术学习,轻能力培养的问题。在小学信息技术教学过程中,引导和激发学生进行创意设计,能很好的帮助学生应用所学,去解决实际问题。教师可以通过提升创新意识和能力,设计创意情境,创新学习内容和教学方法,引导学生个性发挥,搭建展示平台等方法,有效地发展学生的创新意识,提高他们应用信息技术解决问题的能力,从而形成较高层次的信息素养。
        At present, there exist some problems with primary school information technology classroom teaching such as emphasizing technology learning while neglecting competence cultivation. In classroom teaching, teachers should guide and stimulate students' creative designing, which can better help students use their knowledge to tackle practical problems. Also, teachers may effectively improve students' awareness of innovation through enhancing students' creative awareness and ability, designing creative situations, innovating learning contents and teaching methods, guiding them to express their personality, and building platforms for their display so that students can strengthen their competence of solving problems to form a higher-level quality of information.
