摘要
研究了从含钒浸出液中分离硅的有效方法,考察了沉淀剂种类、沉淀剂用量,浸出液p H值、反应时间、沉淀温度和静置时间对除硅和钒损失的影响。结果表明,在弱碱性条件下,铝盐对含钒液除硅有良好的效果,除硅率达到99.12%,钒损失率小于1.21%。该工艺过程简单,钒硅分离效果好。
A new method of the separation of silicon from vanadium leaching solution was studied, and the influence of the precipitant type, dosage of precipitant, p H value of leaching solution, response time, precipitation temperature and standing time on the desilicating effect and vanadium loss were examined. The results showed that, under the weak basicity condition, to add desilicating agent aluminum salts would have well effect to desilicating process of liquid containing vanadium, and silicon removal rate could reach about 99.12% with the vanadium loss rate being 1.21%. The process is simple, and separation efficiency of vanadium and silicon are high.
