鼻窦炎合并糖尿病患者鼻内镜手术的围手术期护理

摘要
目的分析鼻窦炎合并糖尿病患者实施鼻内镜手术进行围术期护理干预的效果。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月于该院收治的鼻窦炎合并糖尿病患者86例,所有患者均进行鼻内镜手术治疗,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用综合护理干预,对两组的护理效果展开深入的分析。结果研究组术后并发症发生率为4.65%,明显低于对照组18.60%(χ~2=4.074,P<0.05);护理后研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖明显优于对照组(t=6.346、3.701,P<0.05)。结论对于鼻窦炎合并糖尿病患者而言,通过鼻内镜手术的围术期进行综合性护理干预,取得较好的治疗效果,不仅术后并发症少,还能有效控制患者的血糖,应当在临床上进一步的推广和使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on endoscopic surgery in patients with sinusitis and diabetes. Methods A total of 86 patients with sinusitis and diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled. All patients underwent endoscopic sinus surgery. They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method. The control group received routine care. The study group received comprehensive nursing intervention to conduct an in-depth analysis of the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 4.65%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ~2=4.074, P<0.05). FBG and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(t=6.346, 3.701, P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with sinusitis and diabetes mellitus, comprehensive nursing intervention during the perioperative period of nasal endoscopic surgery has achieved good treatment effect, which can not only reduce postoperative complications, but also effectively control the patient's blood glucose, which should be further promoted and used in clinical practice.
