摘要
首先介绍了澳大利亚规范和新西兰规范之间的关系以及新西兰规范的应用背景。对比分析中国和新西兰抗震规范在抗震设防水准、场地类别、弹性反应谱、地震作用计算方法等方面的异同,根据算例对比了中、新两国抗震规范中不同场地类别和延性系数下的地震作用。分析结果表明,中、新两国抗震规范中抗震设防水准、场地类别的划分大致是相近的,但在反应谱的表达形式、参数的确定和地震作用取值上存在差异。
        The relation of Australian codes and New Zealand codes and the application background of New Zealand standards were introduced. The similarities and differences of Chinese and New Zealand seismic codes were compared and analyzed in perspectives of seismic precautionary level, site class, elastic response spectrum, and calculation methods of earthquake action. On the basis of calculation case, earthquake actions under different site classes and ductility factors in these two codes were compared. The result indicates that the seismic precautionary level and site classification are similar in two codes while the function of response spectrum, determining of spectrum parameters and valuing of earthquake actions are different.
