摘要
针对目前我国在有机肥料的施用上还停留在人工撒施阶段,人工抛撒作业劳动强度大,环境条件恶劣的问题,研制了9GPS-10型固态有机肥抛撒机,提高有机肥抛撒作业的效率。文中主要介绍了固态有机肥抛撒机的结构组成、工作原理、关键部件设计、试制与实验情况等,并对实验情况进行了分析。
In view of the problems that the application of organic fertilizer in our country is still at the stage of manual application, the manual throwing operation is labor intensive and the environmental conditions are harsh, a solid organic fertilizer throwing device is developed to improve the efficiency of organic fertilizer throwing operation. This paper mainly introduces the structure, working principle, design of key components, trial production and experimental conditions of the solid fertilizer throwing machine, and makes an overall analysis of the experimental conditions.
