护理干预在子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病围术期中的应用效果

摘要
目的探讨护理干预在子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病围术期中的效果。方法选取2017年10月—2018年10月该科收治的子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者146例,随机分为两组,各73例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予护理干预。结果观察组FPG、2 hPG、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.9%,显著优于对照组80.8%(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者进行围手术期护理干预,可有效控制血糖,促进患者康复,提高满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in the perioperative period of uterine fibroids with diabetes. Methods A total of 146 patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes mellitus admitted to our department from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 73 cases each. The control group received routine nursing care. The observation group received nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Results The FPG, 2 hPG, anal exhaust time, time to get out of bed, and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.9%, which was significantly better than the control group(80.8%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention in patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes can effectively control blood glucose, promote rehabilitation and improve satisfaction.
