彩超在肛周脓肿中的诊断效果评价

摘要
为探讨彩超在肛周脓肿中的诊断效果评价,将肛周脓肿患者100例随机分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用彩超基础专科检查方法,研究组采用彩色多普勒超声高频浅表小器官与腔内探头联合检查方法,比较分析2组肛周脓肿定位指标评估结果及肛瘘、肛周脓肿检出情况。结果显示,研究组的内口符合准确率为80.0%,主管符合准确率为82.0%,支管符合准确率为80.0%,括约肌关系符合准确率为86.0%,均明显高于对照组(46.0%、50.0%、48.0%、50.0%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组肛瘘检出率为92.0%,肛周脓肿检出率为96.0%,均明显高于对照组(66.0%、68.0%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,在临床检查诊断肛周脓肿中应用彩色多普勒超声高频浅表小器官与腔内探头联合检查方法,可以明显提高肛周脓肿定位指标评估准确率,提高肛瘘及肛周脓肿的检出率。
This study was to evaluate the diagnostic value of color ultrasound(CU)inspection for perianal abscess(PA),randomly divided 100 PA patients into research group(50 cases,received a combined inspection of color doppler high-frequency for superficial mini-organs and intracavity probe)and control group(50 cases,CU for basic special inspection),then compared and analysed the inspected findings including the evaluation results of PA location norms,and the inspected outcome of anal fistula and PA between the two groups.As results,in research group the accordance accuracy rate of internal opening,of main tract,of branch tracts,and of relation with sphincter were all respectively higher than that in control group,there was statistical difference between two groups(80.0% vs 46.0%,82.0% vs 50.0%,80.0% vs 48.0%,and86.0%vs 50%,all,P <0.05);in the inspected rate of anal fistula and PA research group was all significantly higher than control group,there was statistical difference between two groups(92.0% vs 66.0%,96.0%vs 68.0%,all,P <0.05).Results show that for PA clinically using the combined inspection used in rearch group can significantly enhance evaluation accuracy rate of PA located norms and inspected rate of PA and fistula in ano.
