对企业档案信息化管理现状的思考

摘要
企业档案是企业在生产活动中形成的无形资产和宝贵财富,是记录企业发展的有效载体。进入网络信息时代后,信息在企业生产运营,甚至是生存发展过程中起到至关重要的作用。档案信息化是企业运用计算机信息技术对档案信息资源进行收集、转换、整理、开发和利用的一种方式。它把分散的企业资源按照信息化的要求进行储存,用规范化的方法进行整理,依靠网络的方式进行管理,从而更好地利用档案、服务企业,档案调阅更加方便、快捷、准确,有效提高了档案资源的利用率,基本能够实现档案信息资源共享。
Enterprise archives are intangible assets and precious wealth formed in the production activities of enterprises, and are effective carriers for recording the development of enterprises. After entering the era of network information, information plays a vital role in the production and operation of enterprises, even in the process of survival and development. Archives informationization is a way for enterprises to collect, transform, organize, develop and utilize archives information resources by using computer information technology. It stores dispersed enterprise resources according to the requirements of informationization, collates them with standardized methods and manages them by means of network, so as to make better use of archives and service enterprises, make archives access more convenient, fast and accurate, effectively improve the utilization rate of archives resources, and basically realize the sharing of archives information resources.
