摘要
目的:实验采用芍甘木瓜汤灌胃脑卒中痉挛大鼠,以期为脑卒中术后患者痉挛的治疗提供参考。方法:60只大鼠分为对照组、假手术组、模型组和芍甘木瓜汤高、中、低剂量组,采用内囊电损毁法造模,电刺激法测定其偏瘫肢体伸直幅度,内囊中氨基酸类神经递质(谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸、甘氨酸和γ-氨基丁酸)采用高效毛细管电泳法检测,单胺类神经递质(5-羟色胺、多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素)采用荧光分光法检测。结果:与模型组比较,芍甘木瓜汤后脑卒有提高脑卒中痉挛大鼠偏瘫肢体伸直幅度和内囊中抑制性神经递质含量的作用,同时降低其内囊中单胺类神经递质含量。结论:对脑卒中痉挛大鼠模型灌胃的研究表明,芍甘木瓜汤可以通过改善脑受损后中枢神经系统中神经递质的代谢,抑制肌张力的提高,能有效缓解因脑卒中造成的肌痉挛现象。
        Objective: In order to provide a reference for the treatment of convalescent spasm after stroke, the experiment used Shaogan Mugua decoction to treat spastic rats. Method: Muscle tension, amino acid neurotransmitters and monoamine neurotransmitters were detected. Result: Compared with the control group and sham-operated group, the muscle tension of the model rats increased significantly, the content of inhibitory neurotransmitters decreased significantly, and the content of excitatory neurotransmitters increased significantly. The inhibitory neurotransmitters increased, monoamine neurotransmitters decreased and muscle tension decreased significantly after gastric administration of sShaogan Mugua decoction. Conclusion: Shaogan Mugua decoction can improve the metabolism of neurotransmitters in the damaged central nervous system, inhibit the increase of muscle tension, and effectively alleviate the spasm caused by stroke.
