摘要

随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入,大学生就业已经成为当前我国高等教育首要关注的问题,职业决策及职业生涯规划在大学生就业中的重要性日益突出。此次研究主要探讨职业决策及职业生涯规划发展现状,以求为大学生就业提供可借鉴的参考意义。
        With the continuous development of higher education in China, college students' employment has become the primary concern of higher education in our country, the importance of career decision-making and career planning in college students' employment is becoming more and more important. This research mainly discusses the development status of career decision-making and career planning, in order to provide reference for college students' employment.
