青少年身体活动、久坐行为与体质健康关系的实证研究

摘要
在健康中国建设战略下,探讨青少年身体活动、久坐不动行为与体质健康指标的关系。研究结果显示:中高强度身体活动时间与体质健康评分成绩有正相关,而柔韧素质、耐力素质与久坐时间呈负相关;在将身体活动与静止活动联合分析中,随着身体活动水平的上升和久坐时间减少,达到合格区中的耐力和柔韧性的可能就越高,而与力量素质和身体形态没有相关性。研究结果提示我们,学校、家庭和社会应该尽可能的增加青少年的中高强度身体活动,同时有效减少不必要的久坐行为是让青少年获得健康的有效途径。
        It is meaningful to discuss the relationship between physical activity,sedentary behavior and physical health of adolescents specially under the strategy of THALTHY CHINA 2030. The results showed that the time of Moderate-To-Vigorous physical Activity was positively correlated with the score of physical health,while the quality of flexibility and endurance were negatively correlated with sedentary time. In the combined analysis of physical activity and sedentary activity,as physical activity levels rose and sedentary time decreased,the percent of achieving endurance and flexibility in the qualifying zone increased,strength quality and body shape are not correlated with it. The results suggest that schools,families and society should try to increase Moderate-To-Vigorous physical Activity for adolescents as much as possible,At the sometime reducing unnecessary sedentary behaviors is an effective way for teenagers to gain health.
