高草酸尿症致急性肾损伤1例
摘要
本文分析1例高草酸尿症导致急性肾损伤,患者为老年女性,以恶心纳差入院,当地医院查血肌酐523.6μmol/L,入院后行急诊透析,并进行肾活检,病理诊断证实高草酸尿症,予枸橼酸钾颗粒1.46g,3次/d口服治疗,并嘱患者低草酸饮食。随访1年,复查血肌酐下降至160.4μmol/L,并无其他不适情况。
