我院在用呼吸机故障的分析与总结

摘要
目的该文对日常工作中碰到的呼吸机故障进行了分析总结,方便与同行进行设备维修经验的交流与学习。方法通过理解设备工作原理以及设备的错误代码对设备故障进行定位。结果对日常工作中遇到的六种故障进行了分析,并成功完成维修。结论在深入了解呼吸机工作原理和错误代码的基础上,才能更快地确定故障器件,降低医疗设备的维修时间和费用,更好地为医院服务。
Objective To facilitate the exchange and learning of equipment maintenance experience with the colleagues, the ventilator faults encountered in the daily work was analyzed and summarized. Methods The fault of the device was located by understanding the principle of its operation and the error code of the device. Results The six kinds of faults encountered in daily work were analyzed and the maintenance was successfully completed. Conclusion Based on an in-depth understanding of the working principle and error code of the ventilator, the fault device can be determined faster, the maintenance time and cost of medical equipment can be reduced, and the hospital can be better served.
