新型PTFE涂层O形圈的研究与应用
摘要
针对O形圈在工业应用中遇到的问题和挑战,结合PTFE的独特性质,设计开发了PTFE涂层的O形圈新产品,并对产品进行关键技术指标的测试,讨论了该类产品在汽车制造、电子和半导体工业的应用,最后得出结论该新产品技术先进,市场应用前景广泛。
In view of the problems and challenges encountered in the industrial application of O-ring, combined with the unique properties of PTFE, a new product of O-ring with PTFE coating is designed and developed, and the key technical indexes of the product are tested. The applications of this kind of products in automobile manufacturing, electronics and semiconductor industries are discussed. Finally, it is concluded that the new product has advanced technology and wide market application prospect.
