早期系统性康复护理在脑梗死肢体偏瘫中的效果分析

摘要
目的:评价早期系统性康复护理在脑梗死肢体偏瘫中的临床效果。方法:将84例脑梗死肢体偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予早期系统性康复护理。比较两组患者日常生活能力变化。结果:护理干预前,两组患者的日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.43,P>0.05)。护理干预后,观察组ADL评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.94,P<0.01)。结论:对脑梗死肢体偏瘫患者实施早期系统性康复护理干预疗效显著,有利于改善患者的肢体运动功能,提高日常生活能力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of early systemic rehabilitation nursing on cerebral infarction hemiplegia patients.Method 84 cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given early systemic rehabilitation nursing.The change of limb motor function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in the activity of daily living scale(ADL) score between the two groups(t=0.43,P>0.05);after nursing intervention,the ADL scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with significant differences(t=4.94,P<0.01).Conclusion Early systemic rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia has significant curative effect,which is beneficial to improve the patient's limb motor function and daily life ability,and is worthy of clinical application.
