富水砂卵石地层超高压旋喷桩施工技术研究

摘要
超高压旋喷桩以其优异的地基加固效果和挡土挡水性能被深基坑工程广泛使用,而该技术在富水砂卵石地层中的桩体质量及桩间咬合程度均较难控制。通过现场试验的方法,对高压旋喷桩在富水砂卵石地层中的加固效果进行验证。结果表明:超高压旋喷注浆技术基本实现了不同土层的有效土层置换加固;在合理布置旋喷桩间距的前提下,各土层中均可形成密实的咬合体;在粉细砂及粉质黏土等细颗粒土层中,加固直径可以达到2m以上;在富水砂卵石地层中,加固直径可达1.9m。根据试验结果,提出了适用于富水砂卵石地层中的高压旋喷桩施工参数建议值。
        Ultrahigh pressure jet grouting pile is widely used in deep foundation pit engineering because of its excellent foundation reinforcement effect and retaining water performance. However, the quality of piles and the degree of occlusion between piles in water-rich sandy gravel stratum are difficult to control. The reinforcement effect of high-pressure jet grouting pile in water-rich sandy pebble stratum is verified by field test. The results show that the super-high pressure rotary jet grouting technology basically realizes the replacement and reinforcement of effective soil layers in different soil layers; on the premise of reasonable arrangement of the spacing of rotary jet grouting piles, dense occlusions can be formed in all soil layers; in fine grained soil layers such as silty sand and silty clay, the reinforcement diameter can reach more than 2 m; and in water-rich sand and pebble layers, the reinforcement diameter can reach 1.9 m. According to the experimental results, the recommended values of construction parameters of high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles for water-rich sandy pebble strata are put forward.
