摘要
研究合成了一种树枝状重金属捕集剂(GL-3SM),探讨了在不同投加量,反应时间及废水pH值影响因素下,GL-3SM处理PbCl_2废水效果。结果表明:在相同投加量条件下,GL-3SM处理PbCl_2废水效果要好于TMT-55的处理效果;当GL-3SM投加量为40 ppm时,Pb~(2+)去除率达97. 6%; GL-3SM处理PbCl_2废水时对pH有较宽的适应性,且反应时间在12 min左右时,螯合反应基本上接近饱和。GL-3SM对重金属废水具有良好的处理效果。
In this study,a heavy metal chelating agent(GL-3SM) was synthesized,and the effect of GL-3SM treatment on PbCl_2 wastewater was studied under different dosage,reaction time and pH value. The results show that under the same dosing condition,the effect of GL-3SM treatment on PbCl_2 wastewaterwas better than that of TMT-55. when the dosage of GL-3SMwas 40 ppm,the removal rate of Pb~(2+)was 97. 6%; and GL-3SMhad a wide range of adaptability to pH as treating PbCl_2 wastewater. And the reaction time was about 12 minutes,chelating reaction basically close to saturation. GL-3SM hada good effect on heavy metal wastewater.
