摘要
目的比较全国8个省市鲍曼不动杆菌产OXA-23、AmpC酶情况,并分析其耐药机制。方法搜集国内关于鲍曼不动杆菌耐药机制的研究报道,采用Meta分析的方法对产OXA-23、AmpC酶情况进行综合分析。结果收集8个省市的鲍曼不动杆菌产OXA-23、AmpC酶的相关文献,两种酶总体检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.1183,P=0.7309);但各地区间存在一定差异,上海、江苏以产OXA-23为主,浙江、广东、重庆以产AmpC酶为主。结论全国鲍曼不动杆菌产OXA-23、AmpC酶一致,但不同地区间存在一定差异。
        Objective To compare the OXA-23 and AmpC enzyme produced by Acinetobacter baumannii in 8 provinces, so as to analyze the resistance mechanism. Methods The reports on the resistance mechanism of Acinetobacter baumannii were comprehensively gathered, and the information of producing OXA-23, AmpC enzyme was made a full analysis by Meta analysis method. Results Pertinent literature in 8 provinces was collected. There was no significant difference in producing OXA-23 and AmpC enzyme in general(χ2=0.1183, P=0.7309); However, the differences among different regions were present. The OXA-23 produced by Acinetobacter baumannii was mainly detected in Shanghai and Jiangsu, but it was AmpC enzyme in Zhejiang, Guangdong and Chongqing. Conclusion It is consistent on producing OXA-23 and AmpC by Acinetobacter baumannii in the whole country, but there are some differences among different regions.
