摘要

在"大思政"视域下,要实现全员育人、全方位育人,高校思政队伍就应打破各自为政的局面,进行融合。文章从"融合"的含义出发,阐述目前高校思政队伍的融合现状,分析"人员"融合、"工作"融合两种融合模式,提出以"课程思政"为核心、以"学生社团"为载体、以"共建育人项目"为导向三种融合途径。
        Under the vision of "Big Ideological and Political Education", college ideological and political team should break their respective situations and integrate to achieve all-round education. Starting from the meaning of "integration", the article expounds the current situation of the integration of ideological and political team in colleges, analyzes the two modes of integration of "personnel" and "work" integration, and proposes that "course education" as the core and "student associations" as the carrier and "build educational programs cooperatively" as the direct.
