摘要
采用乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)、对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)混合物为二元稀释剂,通过热致相分离(TIPS)法制备乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物(ECTFE)多孔膜,用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)对样品的结构与性能进行表征。通过改变二元稀释剂的比例,考察二元稀释剂的组成对ECTFE多孔膜的结构与性能的影响。结果表明:随着DOTP在二元稀释剂中比例的增加,多孔膜结构从液-液(L-L)分相与固-液(S-L)分相并存逐渐转变为疏松的球晶结构。当二元稀释剂中DOTP的比例为50%时,ECTFE多孔膜的通量与单一稀释剂制得的ECTFE多孔膜通量相比提高1.5倍以上。
        Porous poly(ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene)(ECTFE) membrane was prepared by thermal induced phase separation(TIPS) with acetyl tributyl acetate(ATBC) and dioctyl terephthalate(DOTP) as binary diluents. The structure and performance of the samples were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM). The effects of binary diluent composition on the structure and performance of ECTFE porous membranes were investigated by changing the proportion of binary diluent. Results showed that with the increase of the proportion of DOTP in the binary diluent, the porous membrane structure changed from liquid-liquid(L-L) and the solid-liquid(S-L) phase separation structure to the loose spherulite structure. When the proportion of DOTP in the binary diluent was 50%, the flux of the ECTFE porous membrane was 1.5 times higher than that of the ECTFE porous membrane obtained by a single diluent.
