摘要
目的了解主诊医师负责制下的医疗组现状及存在的问题。方法对某医院2017年全院医疗组基本数据进行收集,并采用问卷形式获取医疗组非本院医师基本数据。结果某院医疗组共298组,平均每个医疗组分配床位为14张,手术科室每个医疗组平均床位少于非手术科室床位;平均每个医疗组医师数为2.7名,医疗组成员为2名的占47.3%,其中,中级医师为1.3名,初级医师0.3名,非本院医师1.13名。医疗组中,中级医师正高、副高、主治及住院医师所占比例分别为1.8%、25.3%、68.6%和4.4%。结论明确主诊医师负责制下医疗组的运行模式,科学设置专科医疗组数量,建立健全医疗组组长评聘制度,设立动态的床位分配管理平台,做好医疗组管理与医疗管理及人才培养的衔接工作。
        Objective To analyze the current situation and problems of the medical group under the attending physician responsibility system in the hospital. Methods The data of the medical group of a hospital in 2017 were collected,and the basic data of non-hospital doctors in the medical group were obtained by questionnaires. Results There are 298 medical groups in a hospital,with an average of 14 beds allocated for each medical group,and the average beds allocated for each medical group in an operating department are less than those in a non-operating department. The average number of doctors in each medical group is 2.7,and the number of medical team members is 47.3%. Among them,there are 1.3 intermediate doctors,0.3 primary doctors,and 1.13 non-hospital doctors. In the medical group,1.8%,25.3%,68.6%and 4.4% are middle-level physicians,vice-high,attending and resident respectively. Conclusion The operation mode of medical group under the system of doctor in charge should be defined,the number of specialized medical group be scientifically set up,perfect evaluation and appointment system for medical group leader be set up,a dynamic management platform for bed allocation be set up,and a good job of linking up medical group management with medical management and personnel training be done.
