奥扎格雷加血塞通联合治疗急性脑梗塞病人的价值分析

摘要
目的探讨奥扎格雷联合血塞通治疗急性脑梗塞病人的临床价值。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月我院收治的80例急性脑梗塞患者作为受试者,随机分为两组,每组40例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组应用血塞通治疗,观察组应用奥扎格雷联合血塞通治疗,分析两组患者的临床疗效及神经功能受损情况。结果经比较,观察组两组患者治疗总有效率组间差异显著(P<0.05),治疗后1周与2周时,观察组神经功能缺损程度评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷联合血塞通治疗急性脑梗塞病人有显著的临床效果,可有效减轻患者神经功能缺损程度,值得临床推广。
Objective to investigate clinical value of ozagrel combined with Xuesaitong in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods choose 80 cases acute cerebral infarction patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018. Divide them into two groups randomly, 40 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment,control group was treated with Xuesaitong, while observation group with Ozagrel combined with Xuesaitong.Analyze clinical effect and neurological impairment of two groups. Results by comparison, total effective rate showed significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment, neurological impairment scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion ozagrel combined with Xuesaitong has significant clinical effect on acute cerebral infarction patients, which can reduce the of neurological impairment degree of patients effectively, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
