胸大肌皮瓣颊修复重建颊癌根治术的护理体会

摘要
目的分析颊癌根治胸大肌皮瓣颊修复重建术治疗的护理效果。方法选取本院2015年3月至2017年10月收治的39例实施胸大肌皮瓣修复重建颊癌根治术患者作为观察对象,随机分成两组,常规组(19例)实施常规护理,治疗组(20例)实施针对性护理,对比两组胸大肌皮瓣修复重建颊癌根治术患者的护理效果。结果治疗组胸大肌皮瓣修复重建颊癌根治术患者护理后的并发症发生率、住院时间、术后疼痛评分及满意度评分等指标显著优于常规组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论颊癌根治胸大肌皮瓣颊修复重建术治疗的针对性护理效果优于常规护理。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of buccal reconstruction with pectoralis major myocutaneous flap after buccal cancer radical operation. Methods From March 2015 to October 2017, 39 patients who underwent pectoralis major myocutaneous flap repair and reconstruction of buccal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups, the conventional group was given routine nursing care, the treatment group was given targeted nursing care, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The complication rate, hospitalization time, postoperative pain score and satisfaction score of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The targeted nursing effect of buccal reconstruction with pectoralis major myocutaneous flap is better than that of conventional nursing.
