摘要
化石能源枯竭、生态环境恶化和资源快速消耗等问题给人类未来工业发展及生活带来了巨大压力,太阳能作为一种清洁能源已引起科学家的重点关注。不同材料体系和不同结构的太阳能光伏发电材料近年来发展迅速,本文综述传统无机、有机光伏发电材料最新研究进展,着重论述部分新兴光伏发电材料的发展现状,并分析当前太阳能光伏发电材料存在问题及未来发展方向。
        The problem of rapid consumption of fossil energy depletion, deterioration of the ecological environment and human resources for future industrial development and life has brought great pressure, solar energy as a clean energy has caused the focus of scientists. Different material system and different structure of solar photovoltaic materials has developed rapidly in recent years, the latest research progress of traditional inorganic and organic photovoltaic materials, discusses the development status of some emerging photovoltaic materials and the analysis of the current problems and future development direction of solar photovoltaic materials.
