摘要
目的:探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片辅助蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法:118例新生儿黄疸患儿被随机分为观察组(n=59)及对照组(n=59),对照组单纯接受蓝光照射治疗,观察组接受双歧杆菌四联活菌片辅助蓝光照射治疗,比较两组患儿的胆红素相关指标、神经损伤指标、肝功能指标等水平值。结果:观察组患儿治疗后3日的总胆红素(TSB)、直接胆红素(DB)、经皮黄疸指数(TCB)水平均低于对照组患儿(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后3日的血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)、星形胶质源性蛋白(S100β)水平低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后3日的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌四联活菌片辅助蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸效果较好,在降低胆红素水平、保护神经功能及肝功能等方面均有优势。
        Objective:To investigate the effect of bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets-assisted blu-ray irradiation on treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods:A total of 118 cases with neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into observation group(n=59)and control group(n=59).Patients in control group received blu-ray irradiation treatment alone,while patients in observation group received bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets-assisted blu-ray irradiation treatment.Levels of bilirubin-related indicators,nerve damage indexes and liver function indexes of two groups were compared.Results:Three days after treatment,total serum bilirubin(TSB),direct bilirubin(DB)and transcutaneous bilirubin(TCB)levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05);serum neuron specific enolase(NSE),amyloidβ-protein(Aβ)and astrocyte-derived protein(S100β)levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05);alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets-assisted blu-ray irradiation has better effect in treatment of neonatal jaundice and has advantages in reducing bilirubin level,protecting nerve function and liver function and other aspects.
