摘要
文章通过对专业培养目标和就业岗位群、课程设置、师资队伍、实训场所、科研能力、学生规模、就业方向等几个方面校企合作前后的比较,简述了校企合作所取得的成绩:人才培养模式基本成熟、毕业生适应市场需求、就业对口率显著提高、可为广东省体育类(健身教练方向)专业提供可复制的人才培养模式,并指出目前存在的问题及对策。
This paper compares the objectives of professional training and employment group, curriculum setting, teaching staff,training places, scientific research ability, student size, orientation of employment, etc.. This article briefly describes the achievements made in cooperation between schools and enterprises: the talents training model is basically mature, graduates adapt to market needs,the employment counterpart rate is significantly improved, and it can provide replicable talents training models for sports majors(fitness coaches) in Guangdong Province. The existing problems and countermeasures are also pointed out.
