立“德”铸人格 育“心”长素养——浅议新时代电大校园文化建设

摘要
校园文化建设关乎育人的深度和格局,也彰显着一所学校的精神品位。基于电大特殊的开放性教育模式,以及新时代培育具有核心素养人才的教育追求,校园文化建设可借"立德树人"的时代东风做升级版的规划。站在"人本位"的立场,把立"德"铸人格作为电大校园文化建设的"魂",把育"心"长素养作为电大校园文化建设的"场",让学科教学也接入人本之"气"。在传统电大注重学生关键能力培养的基础上,进一步着力于借助校园文化建设的化育之功完善学生的必备品格。
Campus culture construction not only concerns the depth and arrangement of the college education, but also highlights the spiritual taste of a college. Based on its special education mode of an open university and its pursuit of cultivating talents with core attainments for the new era, RTVU can upgrade its campus construction scheme following the call of strengthening moral education of the new era. Taking "people-oriented"standpoint,RTVU should treat nurturing noble character as the soul and nurturing attainments as the field in the construction of its campus culture. In addition, it is of vital importance to integrate humanistic spirit into the subject teaching.Besides the traditional emphasis on cultivating students' key competences, RTVU are supposed to perfect students' character by driving its campus construction forward.
