中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘经验探析

摘要
咳嗽变异性哮喘是哮喘的一种特殊类型,是典型哮喘的一种前期表现,也是慢性咳嗽的最常见原因。正是由于它处于向典型哮喘发展的特殊阶段,使得其早期诊断与治疗具有特殊的临床价值。近年来,现代医学及国内传统医学都对咳嗽变异性哮喘做了不少的临床研究,但关于中西医结合治疗本病的高质量研究不多。笔者通过临床跟随孟泳学习,收录了中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘经验方案。
Cough-variant asthma(CVA) is a special type of asthma. It is an early stage of asthma and the most common cause of chronic cough. It is because CVA is in the special stage of development to typical asthma that its early diagnosis and treatment has special clinical value. In recent years, both western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have done a lot of clinical research on CVA, but the high quality of the literature is not much. In this paper, the author has collected relevant medical records through studying with the Professor Meng, and hopes to provide an effective reference for the treatment and research of CVA.
