摘要
随着高铁技术的不断发展,国家对铁道部门对隧道的衬砌要求从混凝土浇筑工艺、二衬混凝土强度到二衬混凝土厚度都有着越来越高要求,尤其是二衬混凝土砌厚度方面,将二衬混凝土"零欠挖"纳入红线管理,这就对我们工程测量技术人员提出了更高的要求。传统的断面检测技术已满足不了业主及监理提出的管理及施工要求,3D实景测绘技术有效解决了这个重大问题。它的断面检测技术具有高效性、精确性、全履盖性和成果直观性不仅解决混凝土欠厚问题,还为项目成本管理在超欠挖的控制上提供了可靠的隧道超欠挖数据支持。
        With the continuous development of high-speed rail technology, requirements for the tunnel lining are becoming higher and higher, including the pouring process, the strength of the second lining and the thickness of the second lining, especially the thickness of the second lining, which allows exceeding 0.1 m~2 per square meter in the past, now many project owners have included the "zero undercut" of the second lining into the redline management. This put forward higher requirements for surveying technicians. Traditional total station cross-section detection technology could not meet the current requirements, while the 360-degree comprehensive scanning of 3D real-time surveying technology can effectively solve this problem. The efficiency, accuracy, fully coverage and intuitive results of this technology not only can solve the issue of concrete under-thickness, but also provide reliable data for project cost management in tunnel overbreak and underbreak control.
