益气养心安神汤联合西酞普兰对脑梗死合并抑郁症患者HAMD、CGI评分的影响

摘要
目的研究益气养心安神汤联合西酞普兰对脑梗死合并抑郁症患者汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床总体印象表(CGI)评分的影响。方法选择2016年6月—2018年10月本院的106例脑梗死合并抑郁症患者,随机分为两组。对照组单用西酞普兰,观察组联用益气养心安神汤治疗。结果观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的HAMD、CGI评分均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组更低(P<0.05);两组治疗后的5-HT及NE水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显更低(P<0.05);两组治疗后的血清IL-6、TNF-α和IL-23水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组更低(P<0.05)。结论益气养心安神汤联合西酞普兰能显著改善脑梗死合并抑郁症患者的抑郁症状,且有助于调节5-HT、NE、IL-6、TNF-α和IL-23水平。
Objective To study the effect of yiqi yangxin anshen decoction combined with citalopram on HAMD and CGI scores in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with depression. Methods 106 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with depression in our hospital from June 2016 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with citalopram alone, and the observation group was treated with yiqi yangxin anshen decoction. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). After treatment, HAMD and CGI scores in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05). The levels of 5-HT and NE in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05). The levels of serum IL-6, TNF-alpha and IL-23 in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Yangxin Anshen Decoction combined with citalopram can significantly improve depressive symptoms in patients with cerebral infarction combined with depression, and help to regulate the levels of 5-HT, NE, IL-6, TNF-α and IL-23.
