摘要
青稞(Hordeum vulgare linn.var.nudum Hook.f.)是西藏主要粮食作物,也是西藏主要的农作物秸秆资源。为提高青稞秸秆饲用的科学性及实效性,本研究采用主成分分析法对西藏地区种植的9个青稞品种秸秆的11个营养品质指标进行综合分析。结果表明,9个青稞品种秸秆粗蛋白质平均含量为3.51%;中性洗涤纤维含量在66.00%~87.10%之间,平均含量为72.82%,酸性洗涤纤维平均含量为50.48%;通过相关性分析,表明测定的11项指标间均存在不同程度的相关性。在主成分分析时提取了4个公因子,累积方差贡献率达95.07%。经综合评价模型得出,9个青稞品种饲草综合得分排序结果为:藏青320>QB16>QTB23>QTB25>藏青2000>QTB17>QTB13>QTB11>QTB16。
Highland barley(Hordeum vulgare linn.var.nudum Hook.f.) is the main grain crop and strawresource in Tibet. In order to improve the scien-tific and practical on the feeding of highland bar-ley straw, factor analysis method was applied tocomprehensively evaluate the 11 nutritional qual-ity indexes of 9 highland barley straw cultivatedin Tibet. The results showed that the averagecontent of crude protein in 9 highland barley straw was 3.51%. The content of neutral detergent fiber was between 66.00% and 87.10%, the averagecontent was 72.82%, and the average content of acid detergent fiber was 50.48%. The correlation anal-ysis showed that all the 11 indexes measured had different degrees of correlation. Four common factorswere extracted in principal component analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was95.07%. According to the comprehensive evaluation model, the integrated score ranking of 9 highlandbarley cultivars was obtained as follows: zangqing 320>QB16>QTB23>QTB25>zangqing2000>QTB17>QTB13>QTB11>QTB16.
