摘要

毕业实习是学生将理论知识向临床操作能力转化的关键阶段,如何管理好这一重要时期,使康复治疗专业学生通过实习在身体素质、心理素质、动手能力、沟通能力都得到提高,为今后从事临床医疗工作打下坚实的基础。我们根据康复治疗专业实习生的特点,在管理方面进行了全程跟踪式管理,取得了较好的成效。
        Graduation practice is the key stage for students to transform theoretical knowledge into clinical operation ability. It is essential to manage this important period so that students majoring rehabilitation therapy could get improved in physical fitness, psychological quality, hands-on ability, communication skills through practice in order to lay a solid foundation for the future clinical medical work. According to the characteristics of professional interns majoring in rehabilitation therapy, we have carried out the whole process of tracking management, and have achieved good results.
