牛大力主要生长性状的相关、通径及线性回归分析

摘要
以3.5年生林下套种的牛大力为试验材料,通过对其蔓长、枝数、地径、蔓重、根数、根长、根径及根重等8个性状连续4年的取样测定,对其生长性状等进行了相关、通径和回归分析。简单相关分析结果表明:除枝数与蔓长、地径、根径无显著相关外,其他各性状间均存在显著或极显著的相关性。各性状与根重间均存在极显著的正相关性,其相关性从大到小依次为根长、蔓重、地径、根数、根径、蔓长、枝数;偏相关性结果分析表明:根重与年龄、蔓重、根数、根长、根径存在极显著的正相关,与蔓长存在极显著的负相关,与枝条数存在显著相关,与地径无显著的相关性;通径分析结果表明:各性状对根重的直接作用大小为根径>蔓重>根长>年龄>根数>地径>枝数>蔓长;各性状通过其他性状的间接作用大小依次为蔓长>地径>年龄>根长>蔓重>根数>根径>枝数。通过线性回归分析结果建立了根重与5个性状和生长年龄的回归方程,认为牛大力地上部分和地下部分的生长性状存在辩证的矛盾统一的关系,牛大力的蔓长伸长生长一定程度上对根物质积累不利,而蔓重对根重较为有利,枝条数与根重相关不大,这说明牛大力种植生产中适当的修枝截顶来促进根的物质积累是符合理论基础的。
        The vine length, branch number, rhizome diameter, vine weight, root number, root length, root diameter and root weight of Millettia speciosa Champ at 3.5 years old intercropped in the forest plantations were determined for 4 years in rows to conduct a correlation, path and linear regression analysis of the major growth traits of Millettia speciosa Champ. The simple correlation analysis showed that there were significant or very significant relationships among the all the growth traits, except that the branch numbers were not significantly correlated with root diameter, rhizome diameter or vine length. The root weight was significantly positively correlated with other growth traits in the order of root length >vine weight >rhizome diameter >root number >root diameter >vine length >branch number. The partial correlation analysis showed that the root weight was highly significantly positively correlated with the growth years,vine weight, root number, root length and root diameter, highly significantly negatively with vine length,significantly with the branch number but not significantly with the rhizome diameter. The path analysis showed that the direct effect of each trait on the root weight was in the order of the root diameter >vine weight>root length>growth years>root number>rhizome diameter>branch number>vine length. The indirect effect of each trait on root weight was in the order of the vine length>rhizome diameter>growth years>root length>vine weight>root number>root diameter>branch number. Linear regression analysis was made to establish a regression equation of root weight with 5 growth traits and growth age. It was believed that the growth of M. speciosa Champ had a contradictory relationship between the aboveground and the underground. The vigorous elongation growth of M. speciosa Champ was unfavorable for the accumulation of root dry matter, but vine weight was favorable for root weight, and the number of branches had little correlation with root weight. This showed that an appropriate pruning and tipping could promote the accumulation of root dry matter.
