Objective To observe the increase of postprandial blood flow rate( SMA) and the rate of catheter closure in premature infants with different degrees of patent ductusarteriosus( PDA). Methods The data of 49 premature PDA patients born in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into three groups according to the severity of PDA for comparative analysis. Results The rate of catheter closure was 90. 48% in mild group,73.33% in moderate group and 23. 08% in severe group, the closure rate of catheter in the first course of treatment in the three groups showed statistical difference( P<0. 05); the increase of SMA in the three groups was statistically significant( P<0. 05).There was a clear correlation between various research indicators and PDA degree,| r | >0. 3,P<0. 05. Conclusion There was a clear correlation between the severity of the disease and the increase of SMA,feeding tolerance and the rate of catheter closure after the first course of treatment.
