基于AHP法的骑楼历史街区景观满意度评价

摘要
文章以骑楼历史街区景观满意度评价为研究目标,选取福建省永春县五里街镇骑楼历史街区为研究对象,进行实地调研和民众问卷调查,依据AHP法和Delphi法研究骑楼历史街区的景观并建立其满意度评价体系。结果显示,子目标层权重值由高到底的排序为基本环境、植物景观、服务设施及小品、建筑景观和旅游功能,其中建筑景观评价得分属于"比较满意"位居首位,而其余四项评价得分仅为"基本满意"。深入分析发现,在文化遗产保存较好的骑楼历史街区中,公共空间的营造、基础设施的完善及商业氛围的协调是街区景观满意度评价中影响力较大的因素。针对调查中发现的问题,本文提出了关于五里街骑楼街区景观营造的建议,并为传统骑楼街区的发展和保护提供参考。
Taking the landscape satisfaction evaluation of the arcade historic and cultural street as the research target, this paper selects the arcade historic and cultural street in Wuli Street of Yongchun County, Fujian Province as the research object, conducts field research and public questionnaire survey, studies the landscape of arcade historic street and establishes its satisfaction evaluation system according to AHP and Delphi. The results showed that the weight value of sub-target layer was ranked as basic environment, service facilities and sketches,architectural landscape, tourism function and plant landscape by the highest order, among which the score of architectural landscape evaluation was "relatively satisfied", and the other four evaluation scores were only "basically satisfied". The in-depth analysis found that the building of public space, the perfection of infrastructure and the coordination of commercial atmosphere are the influential factors in the evaluation of neighborhood landscape satisfaction in the arcade historic blocks with good preservation of cultural heritage. In view of the problems found in the survey, this paper puts forward suggestions on landscape construction of Wuli Street arcade street and provides reference for the development and protection of traditional arcade street.
