摘要
水稳碎石基层施工过程中采用双层联铺一次成型工艺能够显著提升上下基层的联结性能,结合实例分析了水稳碎石基层混合料配合比设计,探讨了双层联铺一次成型工艺的施工工艺以及质量控制,通过采用双层联铺一次成型工艺,使得上下基层之间形成了紧密的整体,显著提升了基层结构的质量。
During the construction of the water stabilized macadam base course,the double layer joint molding process can significantly improve the connection performance of the upper and lower base.In this paper,the mix proportion design of water stabilized macadam base is analyzed,and the construction technology and quality control of the first forming process of double deck joint are discussed.By using the double layer joint molding process,a close integral is formed between the upper and lower base units and the quality of the base structure is greatly improved.
