微创小切口人工全髋关节置换术治疗股骨头坏死的效果

摘要
目的分析微创小切口人工全髋关节置换术治疗股骨头坏死的临床价值。方法随机抽取我院接收的44例股骨头坏死患者,将其分为对照组与观察组,均22例,分别采用传统人工髋关节置换手术和微创小切口人工髋关节置换手术进行治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效和手术情况。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量和总优良率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用微创小切口人工髋关节置换手术对股骨头坏死治疗效果显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of minimally invasive small incision artificial total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of osteonecrosis of femoral head. Methods 44 patients with osteonecrosis of femoral head admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 22 cases in each group. Traditional hip arthroplasty and minimally invasive small incision hip arthroplasty were performed respectively. The clinical efficacy and operative condition of the two groups were observed. Results The operation time of the observation group, the amount of bleeding, the flow rate after operation and the total good rate in the operation were obviously superior to those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The minimally invasive small incision artificial total hip arthroplasty is effective in the treatment of osteonecrosis of femoral head.
