莫沙必利片联合胃复春片用于慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗的临床效果评价

摘要
目的:对枸橼酸莫沙必利片+胃复春片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果进行探究。方法:以笔者所在医院2016年1月-2017年12月接诊的78例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为例,使用随机法分为对照组及研究组,各39例,两组均提供常规治疗,同时向对照组提供枸橼酸莫沙必利片,研究组在对照组基础上加用胃复春片,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组各项症状评分显著低于对照组,且研究组各项血清指标水平改善程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性萎缩性胃炎提供胃复春片+枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,疗效确切,且症状改善明显,炎症反应及胃肠激素水平均显著降低,利于预后恢复。
Objective:To explore the effect of Moxabilli Citrate Tablet combined with Weifuchun Tablet on chronic atrophic gastritis.Method:A total of 78 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 divided into control group(39 cases) and study group(39 cases),using a random number table.Both groups was provided regular treatment,at the same time,the control group was treated with Moxabilli Tablets,and the study group was on the basis of this combined with Weifuchun Tablets.Compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the improvement degree of serum indexes in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:To provide Weifuchun Tablets and Moxabilli Citrate Tablets for chronic atrophic gastritis,the curative effect is accurate,the symptoms are improved obviously,the inflammatory reaction and the level of gastrointestinal hormones are significantly reduced,which is conducive to the recovery of prognosis.
