从状态论治无症状疾病

摘要
从状态论治是姜良铎教授根据多年临床经验提出的中医治疗理论,人体是一个不断变化的系统整体,认识疾病应从整体状态出发。传统的中医辨证论治从症、证出发进行治疗,但伴随现代科学各项辅助检查技术的发展以及疾病谱的扩增,其在有病无症面前显露出无证可辨或者不够精准的缺陷,而状态论治综合患者各种状态信息并对其进行抽丝剥茧的分析及加权,解决了很多临床无症状疾病。从状态论治为中医药治疗无症状疾病提供了一定的新思路、新方法。
State therapy is professor JIANG Liang-duo's theory of traditional Chinese medicine based on years of clinical experience. Human body is a constantly changing system as a whole, understanding diseases should proceed from the overall state. TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation, it is from the syndrome and syndrome. However, with the development of modern science, the auxiliary examination technology and the amplification of the disease spectrum reveals defects of undocumented or inaccurate in the face of illness and disease, and the state therapy comprehensively analyzes various state information of patients and analyzes them, which is weighted and solved a lot of clinical asymptomatic diseases. State therapy provides some new ideas and new methods for the treatment of asymptomatic diseases.
