医院科研项目管理中PDCA循环的应用效果分析

摘要
目的研究分析在医院科研项目管理中开展PDCA循环干预的效果。方法分析2016年医院科研项目应结题数,探讨不能按时结题的原因并制定相应的方法,对2017年医院科研项目开展PDCA循环管理,分析实施PDCA前后的科研项目结题率差异。结果在实施PDCA循环管理后(2017年)的结题率高于实施PDCA循环管理前(2016年),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论科研创新是医院内涵建设的关键点,是学科发展的持续推动力,一所三级综合性医院要提升核心竞争力,必须依靠科技创新。因此,运用科学的管理方法、有效的管理工具来提高科研管理水平,成为医院管理方面一个重要命题。在医院科研项目的管理工作中,实施PDCA循环管理有利于提升科研项目结题率。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of PDVA circular intervention in hospital research project management. Methods The conclusion number of hospital scientific research projects in 2016 was analyzed, the reasons for the delay of the conclusion were discussed and the corresponding methods were developed, the PDCA cycle management was carried out for the hospital scientific research projects in 2017, and the difference in the conclusion rate of scientific research projects before and after the implementation of PDCA was analyzed. Results The conclusion rate after PDCA cycle management(2017) was significantly higher than that before PDCA cycle management(2016), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Scientific research innovation is the key point of hospital connotation construction and the continuous impetus of discipline development. Therefore, using scientific management methods and effective management tools to improve the level of scientific research management has become an important proposition in hospital management. In the management of scientific research projects in hospitals, the implementation of PDCA cyclemanagement is conducive to the improvement of the completion rate of scientific research projects.
