非手术及手术治疗新鲜腕部舟状骨骨折的疗效比较

摘要
目的对比分析非手术及手术治疗新鲜腕部舟状骨骨折的疗效。方法 36例新鲜腕部舟状骨骨折患者,根据骨折移位情况分为对照组(无骨折移位,15例)与观察组(有骨折移位,21例)。对照组采取保守治疗,观察组接受手术治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组骨折愈合时间与Krimmer评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为0,明显低于对照组的13.3%(P<0.05)。结论早期积极开展手术治疗对新鲜腕部舟状骨骨折患者的疗效确切,有利于加速骨折愈合,减少并发症,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To analyze and compare curative effects between non-surgical and surgical treatment for fresh wrist scaphoid fracture. Methods A total of 36 patients with fresh wrist scaphoid fracture were divided by displacement fracture into control group(15 cases without displacement fracture) and observation group(21 cases with displacement fracture). The control group received conservative treatment, and the observation group received surgical treatment. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had obviously better fracture healing time and Krimmer score than the control group(P<0.05). The observation group had much lower incidence of complications as 0 than 13.3% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Early active implement of surgical treatment can provide precise effect for fresh wrist scaphoid fracture. It can accelerate fracture healing and reduce complications. This method contains positive clinical significance.
